To qualify for a wholesale account, retailers must operate at least one brick-and-mortar retail location. We partner with stores that carry complementary brands and reflect values aligned with our own, including quality, customer experience, and brand integrity.  

We reserve the right to review and evaluate all wholesale applications and may approve or deny accounts at our sole discretion.  

Proof of physical storefront and merchandising may be requested as part of the approval process. 

Opening Order Minimum: $1000 

Reorder Minimum: $250 

Wholesale prices are set at 50% MSRP. 

All prices are in USD and are subject to change within 30 days notice. 

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH 

Orders must be prepaid in full. 

Retailer is responsible for all shipping costs under $500  

Orders ship within 7-10 business days of payment receipt. 

OMM is not responsible for shipping delays once items have left our warehouse. 

Wholesale orders are final sale. 

Damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with accompanying photos. 

Claims must be submitted in writing with accompanying photos to wholesale@ohmymahjong.com.  Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or credit. 

The MSRP is the official price OMM sets for all products. 

All public advertising of OMM products must display MSRP unless OMM has expressly authorized a discount under the MAP policy. 

This applies to all forms of advertising, including websites, social media, digital ads, email marketing, and print materials.

If OMM authorizes a promotion, MAP sets the lowest price that may be advertised publicly. 

MAP pricing may not exceed a 10% discount off MSRP unless explicitly approved in writing by OMM. 

Online orders may not be advertised or sold at discounted prices below MSRP unless explicitly approved in writing by OMM for a specific event or campaign. 

This applies to: 

Website listings 

Social media advertising or posts 

Email campaigns, digital coupon codes, or sitewide promotions 

Private discounts (e.g., in-store, over the phone, or individual quotes) may be offered, but the advertised price online must always reflect MSRP unless OMM authorizes a temporary MAP exception. 

Violations will result in: 

Written warning for the first offense 

Termination of wholesale account for non-compliance 

OMM reserves the right to adjust MAP pricing and will notify Retailers of any changes in writing. 

OMM grants Retailer the right to use approved product images and descriptions for marketing purposes. 

Modifying branding, logos, or product packaging is not permitted. 

OMM does not guarantee exclusivity unless agreed upon in writing. 

OMM does not zip code protect. 

Orders may only be changed or canceled if they have not yet shipped and/or within 48 hours of order submission—whichever comes first. 

Changes after this period may not be guaranteed. 

OMM reserves the right to impose order limitations on certain items at any time due to high demand and limited availability. These limitations may include maximum unit quantities per order, per account or per location. 

OMM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, decline, or revoke wholesale access at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to policy violations, brand misrepresentation, or failure to meet minimum requirements. 

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. 

By placing a wholesale order, the Retailer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. 

OMM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued partnership implies acceptance of the most current terms.
