Shipping policy
1. Free Shipping Thresholds:
- For Retail Customers: All orders with delivery in the United States that are over $300 qualify for free shipping.
- For Wholesale Customers: All orders with delivery in the United States over $1000 qualify for free shipping.
2. Flat Fee for Shipping:
- Both Retail and Wholesale Customers: Orders that do not meet the free shipping thresholds will incur a flat shipping fee.
Additional Information:
- Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout for orders that meet the specified thresholds.
- Orders that fall below the free shipping thresholds will have a flat shipping fee added to their total order cost.
- All delivery locations outside of the United States will not receive free shipping. Shipping rate will be determined at checkout.
- Orders cannot be combined once they have been placed.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited Order Fulfillment
1. Processing Time: All expedited orders will be processed within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. This means our team will prepare and package your order to ensure it is ready for shipment within this timeframe.
2. Business Days: Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Expedited Shipping Time
1. Carrier Shipping Time: Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, it will take an additional 2 business days for delivery. The expedited shipping service guarantees that your package will arrive within this timeframe from the date it leaves our facility.
2. Delivery Locations: Expedited shipping is available for all domestic orders. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for specific shipping times and availability.
Important Information
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. This will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.
Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet the outlined processing and shipping times, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Orders will ship out within 5-10 business days of your order being placed. All orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please only contact Customer Service (info@ohmymahjong.com) in the event that your order is substantially delayed. Please keep in mind that during peak/holiday seasons shipping may be slower than expected.
