However, cancellations or returns are not accepted once your payment has been processed. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you with a refund for any prepaid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. The third surprise item in the box is selected by our team and cannot be returned or exchanged. To receive your NMJL card, you must remain subscribed continuously until May.
